Local Soccer Coach set to compete in first triathlon to raise money for underprivileged soccer players
Henry Aiyenero, a local youth soccer coach is competing in his first triathlon at the Capitol View Triathlon on Sunday, June 14, 2009, at Governor Nelson State Park. In addition, he is using this opportunity to raise money to benefit soccer athletes in our community who have the ability to compete but need financial support to be able to afford the fees of local soccer clubs. Keva Sports has agreed to match the monies raised by Mr. Aiyenero. If you would like to support this great cause, please make checks payable to:
KEVA SPORTS CENTER

This is another example of a triathlete using triathlon not only to improve their own physical well being but also improving the well being of the entire community. If you know of other such athletes competing at the Capitol View Triathlon, let us know.
